The sponsorship path

From sponsorship to full commission

If you are sponsored into the program, you owe your sponsor a lead debt that pays for your training. Until it's fulfilled you hold referral-agent status at 10% of the success fee — full commissions unlock after.

01

Sponsored In

An existing FTW agent sponsors you into the program and becomes your sponsor.

02

The Lead Debt

You owe your sponsor leads that convert to closed deals — 3 or 6 depending on your role.

03

Referral Status (10%)

Until the debt is fulfilled you hold referral-agent status and earn 10% of the success fee.

04

Training Locked

You cannot start training or receive your 20% / 40% agent commission until the debt is paid.

05

Debt Fulfilled → Training

Once you bring your sponsor those closed deals, your training begins — it pays for your onboarding.

06

Full Commissions

After training, you earn full commissions on every new deal you close.

Section 01

Welcome to FTW Funding

FTW Funding helps individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses explore financial solutions that support credit development, business funding, real estate opportunities, and long-term financial education.

As an FTW Referral Agent, your responsibility is to connect people with appropriate services, explain the next steps, and help them enter the correct FTW process. You do not have to be a financial expert to begin — you must learn the products, ask good questions, communicate honestly, and connect customers with the appropriate trained FTW representative.

How the lead debt works

If you are sponsored into the program, you must bring your team lead a set number of leads that convert to closed deals. You cannot start your training or receive your 20% or 40% agent commission until you fulfill your debt to your sponsor — that debt pays for your training. You hold referral-agent status (earning 10% of the success fee) until you bring your sponsor those deals. Once the debt is fulfilled and training is complete, you receive full commissions on any new deals. The same applies to the credit matrix.

3

Processor / Originator

If you are sponsored in as a processor or originator, you owe your sponsor 3 leads that convert to closed deals.

3 closed-deal leads owed
6

Dual Agent

If you are sponsored in as a dual agent, you owe your sponsor 6 leads that convert to closed deals.

6 closed-deal leads owed

The FTW business model

FTW combines three core activities:

  1. 1.Client acquisition — Find people who need credit services, business capital, or other approved FTW solutions.
  2. 2.Referral & service delivery — Introduce qualified prospects to the appropriate team and help them navigate the intake process.
  3. 3.Business development — Build a customer referral network and, where authorized, recruit and train additional agents.

The objective is to build a service-based business supported by real customer demand — not simply to recruit people.

Your responsibilities as a referral agent

  • Complete FTW onboarding and product training.
  • Use your authorized Matrix Hub account and referral links.
  • Ask prospects about their goals before recommending a service.
  • Explain fees, eligibility requirements, and limitations accurately.
  • Submit referrals through approved channels.
  • Protect client information and obtain permission before sharing it.
  • Follow up professionally without pressuring customers.
  • Track referrals and commissions in the designated system.
  • Use approved marketing materials and comply with company policies.
Section 02

Understanding FTW Products & Services

The Matrix Hub identifies credit repair referrals, business funding referrals, real estate capital referrals, tradeline-related resources, Fundability, and agent development pathways. Your current portal and written product disclosures are the controlling references for specific availability, pricing, and eligibility.

01. Credit Repair & Education

Who may need it

  • Consumers who want to understand their credit reports.
  • People who identify potentially inaccurate or incomplete report information.
  • Customers preparing to apply for financing.
  • Entrepreneurs understanding how personal credit affects business funding.

How to explain it

FTW can help you explore your credit profile and available credit education or credit repair services. The first step is to review your needs and determine which service is appropriate for your situation.

Questions to ask

  • Have you reviewed your credit reports recently?
  • Are there entries you believe are inaccurate?
  • Are you preparing for a specific financing goal?
  • Would you like help understanding your available options?

What you must never promise

  • ✕A guaranteed credit score increase.
  • ✕Removal of accurate negative information.
  • ✕Guaranteed deletion of collections, late payments, or charge-offs.
  • ✕Guaranteed loan approval after credit repair.
  • ✕A specific result by a guaranteed date.

02. Business Funding & Capital

Who may need it

  • Small-business owners seeking working capital.
  • Entrepreneurs who need funds for inventory, equipment, expansion, or operating expenses.
  • Established businesses exploring financing options.
  • Business owners seeking to compare potential lending pathways.

How to explain it

FTW helps business owners explore funding options based on their business profile, financing needs, and the available lending programs. We start by understanding what you need the money for and then determine the appropriate next step.

Questions to ask

  • What type of business do you operate?
  • How long has the business been operating?
  • Approximately how much capital are you seeking?
  • What will the funds be used for?
  • Have you previously applied for business financing?
  • Are you comfortable providing the information required for a funding review?

What you must never promise

  • ✕A specific approval amount.
  • ✕A specific interest rate.
  • ✕A funding timeline.
  • ✕A lender decision.

03. Fundability Program

Who may need it

  • Businesses unsure if they're ready to qualify for financing.
  • Owners who want to identify application weaknesses before applying.
  • Teams developing an action plan before or alongside a funding application.

How to explain it

Before pursuing funding, it can be helpful to understand how prepared your business is for a financing application. The Fundability process helps identify areas to review and determine appropriate next steps.

Questions to ask

  • Is your business properly established and operating?
  • Do you have a business bank account?
  • Are your business records and contact information consistent?
  • Do you know which lenders or financing products you want to pursue?
  • Would you like a review before beginning the funding process?

What you must never promise

  • ✕Presenting Fundability as a guarantee of funding — it is an assessment or preparation service.

04. Real Estate Funding & Capital

Who may need it

  • Investors seeking acquisition capital.
  • Property owners exploring financing.
  • Customers with a real estate project requiring a funding review.

How to explain it

If you have a real estate project that needs capital, FTW can help you explore whether an available financing pathway may fit your goals. We would first review the project and the type of funding you are seeking.

Questions to ask

  • Are you buying, refinancing, renovating, or investing in a property?
  • Is the property residential or commercial?
  • What is the approximate capital requirement?
  • What stage is the project in?
  • Do you have a property address, budget, or project summary available?

What you must never promise

  • ✕Representing yourself as a licensed real estate professional, mortgage broker, or investment adviser unless you hold the required credentials.

05. Tradeline-Related Services

Who may need it

  • Customers exploring tradeline inventory referenced in the Credit Matrix.
  • Agents authorized to market tradeline listings.

How to explain it

Explain the service only using approved company materials. Verify the current inventory, product terms, pricing, reporting expectations, and customer disclosures before marketing any specific tradeline.

What you must never promise

  • ✕Promise that a tradeline will create a particular score increase.
  • ✕Promise that a tradeline will secure approval.
  • ✕Promise that a tradeline will be accepted by a particular lender.
  • ✕Facilitate deceptive credit applications or misrepresent another person's credit history as the customer's own.

06. Additional FTW Services

Who may need it

  • Customers interested in broader financial education, tax-related referrals, investment education, or digital-asset offerings.

How to explain it

FTW's broader business ecosystem may include other financial education, tax-related referral, investment education, or digital-asset offerings. These should be marketed only when the service is active, the agent is authorized to promote it, and the current product documentation has been reviewed.

What you must never promise

  • ✕Quoting prices, fees, commission rates, returns, or program features from memory. Use the current approved product page and written compensation terms.
Section 03

The FTW Commission Scale

The two Matrix portals display separate compensation pathways. Do not combine the credit repair commission ladder with the funding referral plan.

Funding referral agent

The Funding Matrix advertises free referral-agent enrollment and compensation of $100 or 10% of the applicable success fee, whichever is greater, for qualifying referrals. The advertised funding success fee is 10% of funded business capital; the advertised real estate success fee is 5% of funded real estate deals.

Example A — Business funding

  • Funded amount: $100,000
  • Success fee at 10%: $10,000
  • Referral comp at 10% of fee: $1,000
  • $1,000 > $100 minimum

Illustrative payout: $1,000

Example B — Real estate funding

  • Funded amount: $100,000
  • Success fee at 5%: $5,000
  • Referral comp at 10% of fee: $500
  • $500 > $100 minimum

Illustrative payout: $500

These are examples, not guaranteed earnings. A referral must meet the applicable program requirements and be eligible for payment.

The Matrix advertises $499 enrollment for an Originator or Processor pathway and $999 for Dual-Certified enrollment. It also advertises a $500 Fundability bonus and Friday payments on funded deals. Confirm current eligibility rules, qualifying sales, payment timing, and any exclusions in writing before quoting either.

Credit repair referral agent

The Credit Matrix advertises a separate free Referral Agent track: $100 for each qualifying paid credit repair referral, subject to its current terms. This is distinct from the funding Matrix's $100-or-10% funding referral compensation — do not assume the two plans pay identically.

The paid credit repair track advertises commission splits on client credit repair retainers and additional downline compensation at qualifying tiers. The page describes an override pool allocated from success fees. Because the displayed rules include a reserved bonus pool and tier-dependent distributions, agents must obtain the current compensation agreement to understand the precise payout calculation.

Rule: Never promise a prospect that joining FTW will generate passive income, a specific monthly income, or a guaranteed return on enrollment fees.

Section 04

The FTW Sales System

A strong sales conversation is not a product presentation delivered to everyone. It is a guided discussion that helps a prospect understand their problem, consider appropriate solutions, and decide on a next step.

Sell by diagnosing the need

1
ConnectEstablish rapport and explain why you are reaching out.
2
DiscoverAsk questions and listen to the customer's goals.
3
ClarifySummarize the problem in the customer's own words.
4
RecommendIntroduce the relevant FTW service.
5
ExplainDescribe the process, cost, limitations, and next steps.
6
ConfirmAsk whether the customer wants to proceed.
7
Follow upTrack the referral and provide authorized updates.

The opening script

"Hi, I'm an FTW Funding Referral Agent. I help individuals and business owners connect with resources for credit education, business funding, and related financial services. I'm reaching out to learn what you're working toward and see whether one of our services might be a fit. Are you currently focused on improving your credit profile, obtaining business capital, or preparing for a real estate project?"

Let the customer answer before recommending anything.

The discovery script

Ask three to five questions based on the customer's answer:

  • What is the biggest financial or business goal you are working toward right now?
  • What have you tried so far?
  • What is preventing you from moving forward?
  • What would a successful outcome look like for you?
  • Would you like me to connect you with the appropriate FTW representative?

Do not request Social Security numbers, bank logins, complete credit reports, or sensitive documents through personal social media messages.

The recommendation script

"Based on what you've shared, the best next step may be to review our [service name] option. The process begins with [approved first step]. The team can explain eligibility, pricing, documentation, and any limitations before you decide whether to proceed."

Use only statements supported by current product documentation.

Handling common objections

"I need to think about it."

Absolutely. It's important that you understand the service before making a decision. What information would help you feel comfortable evaluating it?

"Is funding guaranteed?"

No. Financing decisions depend on the applicable program, the information provided, and the lender's requirements. FTW can help you explore options, but approval and terms cannot be guaranteed.

"Why should I use FTW?"

Our process is designed to connect you with the relevant service and provide a clear next step. I can explain the current offering and connect you with the team so you can review the details before committing.

"I don't want to pay for something that may not work."

That is understandable. Let's review the current price, what the service includes, the limitations, and the written terms before you decide. You should not purchase anything you do not understand.

"I'm interested in becoming an agent."

FTW has different participation paths, including a free referral option and separate paid training paths. I can show you the applicable requirements and compensation plan so you can decide which role fits your goals.

Section 05

Sales Training

Reference: The Wolf of Wall Street's Secret Sales Method. This section applies consultative selling principles rather than endorsing pressure tactics or unsupported claims.

Confidence & communication

  • Speak clearly and at a comfortable pace.
  • Know the product before you pitch it.
  • Ask questions before making recommendations.
  • Use simple language instead of unnecessary financial jargon.
  • Focus on the customer's goal, not on your commission.
  • Be comfortable explaining limitations and saying when you need help.

The value-first presentation

Problem

Identify the challenge the prospect wants to solve.

Impact

Understand why it matters to the prospect.

Solution

Explain the relevant FTW service.

Process

Describe what happens after the referral.

Evidence

Use approved examples, disclosures, and documentation.

Next step

Ask permission to make the introduction or begin intake.

Practice exercise

Before working independently, each agent should practice:

  1. 1.A 30-second FTW introduction.
  2. 2.A credit service discovery conversation.
  3. 3.A business funding discovery conversation.
  4. 4.An explanation of referral compensation.
  5. 5.A response to a customer who asks for a guarantee.
  6. 6.A follow-up conversation with a prospect who has not responded.

The goal is to become clear, credible, and helpful — not aggressive.

Section 06

Social Media Marketing in 2026

The strongest strategy is to create useful content consistently, build a recognizable personal brand, engage in genuine conversations, and move interested prospects into an organized follow-up process.

Choose your primary platforms

Facebook

Local entrepreneurs, community groups, educational Lives, business networking, and relationship-based referrals.

Instagram

Reels, Stories, educational carousels, behind-the-scenes content, and professional brand building.

TikTok

Short educational videos, common-question responses, and discoverable financial literacy content.

YouTube

Longer educational videos, interviews, webinars, and searchable explanations of funding and credit topics.

LinkedIn

Business owners, professional networking, B2B relationships, and business funding education.

Begin with two primary platforms and maintain them consistently rather than creating low-quality content for every platform.

The five content pillars

1

Education

Explain credit, business funding readiness, and financial terminology.

2

Problem-solving

Discuss common application mistakes and business preparation.

3

Process transparency

Explain how an FTW referral or intake works.

4

Credibility

Introduce the team, demonstrate your knowledge, share approved testimonials.

5

Opportunity

Explain how to become an FTW referral agent using accurate enrollment and compensation disclosures.

A practical weekly posting plan

Monday30–60 second educational video
TuesdayAnswer one common customer question
WednesdayExplain a funding or credit concept
ThursdayBehind-the-scenes team or training content
FridayLive Q&A or a customer-education session
SaturdayBusiness networking and community engagement

Short-form video formula

Hook

Identify a real question or misconception.

Teach

Give one useful, accurate answer.

Context

Explain why the information matters.

Call to action

Invite the viewer to request info or use your FTW link.

Social media rules for financial services

  • Do not promise guaranteed funding, credit score increases, or specific returns.
  • Do not publish client credit reports, bank statements, or private financial information.
  • Get written permission before using testimonials or client stories.
  • Clearly disclose paid endorsements, referral relationships, and material connections when required.
  • Do not buy fake followers, use deceptive income screenshots, or spam unsolicited DMs.
  • Do not use misleading claims such as 'everyone qualifies' or 'instant approval.'
  • Use current, approved FTW graphics, links, disclosures, and product information.
  • Follow platform rules and applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
Section 07

Building Your FTW Team & Downline

A productive downline is built by finding people who understand the service, want to serve customers, complete training, and consistently perform legitimate business activities. Recruitment is not a substitute for customer acquisition.

Identify potential team members

  • Communicate professionally.
  • Have relationships with business owners or entrepreneurs.
  • Are interested in financial education and customer service.
  • Are willing to learn the products and compliance requirements.
  • Can commit time to outreach and follow-up.
  • Understand that commissions depend on qualifying activity and the applicable plan.

The duplication method

Teach every new team member to follow the same repeatable process:

  1. 1.Learn the approved product lineup.
  2. 2.Practice the discovery and referral scripts.
  3. 3.Set up the authorized Matrix Hub account.
  4. 4.Identify a specific customer audience.
  5. 5.Start customer conversations.
  6. 6.Submit qualified referrals correctly.
  7. 7.Follow up and track outcomes.
  8. 8.Help new recruits repeat the process after completing training.

Keep the process simple enough that a new agent can explain it to another person without inventing claims or misrepresenting the program.

The first-three strategy

For agents pursuing a qualifying Matrix tier that uses three direct recruits:

  • Identify three suitable potential agents.
  • Explain the role, fees, training, and compensation plan accurately.
  • Give each person the opportunity to review the terms independently.
  • Help interested agents complete onboarding.
  • Train them on product knowledge, referrals, and compliance.
  • Encourage each agent to focus first on customer service and legitimate sales activity.

Three recruits do not automatically guarantee income. The applicable matrix tier may require payment, training completion, active status, or additional conditions.

Weekly team meeting agenda (30 min)

5 minWins and customer-service updates.
5 minProduct or compliance training.
10 minRole-play a sales conversation.
5 minReview referral follow-ups and pipeline obstacles.
5 minSet next week's activity goals.

Team leadership scorecard

Track these indicators weekly:

  • New qualified prospects contacted.
  • Meaningful sales conversations completed.
  • Permission-based follow-ups completed.
  • Qualified referrals submitted.
  • Referrals accepted by the relevant team.
  • Customers who complete the intake process.
  • Eligible funded transactions or paid service referrals.
  • Agents who complete training.
  • Active agents providing genuine customer service.
  • Customer complaints and compliance issues resolved.

Measure both sales activity and customer outcomes. A large downline is not a substitute for an effective, compliant service business.

Section 08

Daily Sales Workflow

A structured daily routine keeps your outreach consistent and your pipeline organized.

The 90-minute minimum activity block

First 15 minReview current products, active prospects, and scheduled follow-ups.
Next 25 minPublish or prepare one useful educational post.
Next 30 minContact appropriate prospects and respond to inbound inquiries.
Next 10 minFollow up with people who requested more information.
Final 10 minUpdate the CRM and plan the next business day.

Agents with more available time can expand these blocks while maintaining accurate records and respecting prospects' communication preferences.

The 30-day launch plan

  • Complete orientation.
  • Review the Matrix Hub and available services.
  • Memorize the discovery questions.

  • Improve the content that generates useful conversations.
  • Invite appropriate prospects to learn about the referral-agent role.
  • Train any newly enrolled agents.
  • Set the next 30-day customer and learning goals.

The plan is an activity framework, not an earnings guarantee.

Section 09

Customer Follow-Up Templates

Copy-ready message templates for every stage of the referral conversation. Always personalize and use approved contact methods.

Compliance & Professional Standards

All agents must follow these standards. Credit repair services may be subject to federal and state requirements governing contracts, disclosures, advertising, advance fees, and consumer cancellation rights.

1Represent FTW products and services accurately.
2Use only authorized compensation plans and approved marketing claims.
3Never guarantee financing, credit outcomes, tax results, investment returns, or customer income.
4Obtain appropriate customer permission before making referrals or sharing personal information.
5Keep financial and identity information secure.
6Never fabricate customer information, income statements, documents, testimonials, or application details.
7Avoid unauthorized legal, tax, investment, lending, or credit advice.
8Follow applicable laws and regulations, including consumer-protection, credit repair, privacy, advertising, and licensing requirements.
9Disclose applicable fees and referral relationships honestly.
10Escalate complaints, unusual requests, and questions outside your training to an authorized FTW representative.

Recruitment compensation must be explained transparently. Do not describe enrollment fees, recruitment, or downline growth as guaranteed or passive income. Compensation should be understood in the context of actual qualifying services, transactions, and the written plan.
